CRATE features private cooking classes and private team-building classes throughout the year. They are perfect for corporate team-building, off-site meetings, special events and celebrations. We offer both demonstration-style and hands-on classes for private events. Our private classes feature custom menus paired with wine. A staff instructor will consult with you to create the perfect menu for your group. Most private parties include sparkling wine and hors d'oeuvres as your guests arrive. You're guests will use both demonstration and hands-on kitchens. They will get expert instruction (in-house staff or guest chef) and outstanding service.
