lemon grass. In this new Thai class DOROTHY TAGUE will help you prepare
most new items and the always popular Pad Thai: Hot and Sour Chicken Wings
with Mango • Pork Satay • Coconut Shrimp in Red Curry Sauce • Chicken Pad
Thai• Coconut Flan with Spicy Sautéed Bananas. Thai Iced Coffee will be served. In the second class of
the Thai series, DOROTHY TAGUE
will help you prepare: •Thai Rice with a Lemongrass Ginger Dressing • Mango
and Shrimp Appetizers in Crispy Baked Wonton Cups • Steamed Chicken Dumplings
with Peanut Sauce• Sweet and Sour Pork • Spicy Green Curry with Beef,
Mushrooms and Thai Eggplant. Only sold in series. This is the 2nd of the
