Description: Focusing on the use of local ingredients as much as possible, RHONDA SCHULDT of Passionate Food & Local Goodness will take you through recipes to learn various techniques for cooking a variety of fish and seafood.  You don’t have to travel to the coast or an expensive seafood restaurant to enjoy the fruits of the sea: Spicy Bahamian-Style Conch Chowder (substituting shrimp or clams) • Grilled Prosciutto-Wrapped ScallopsOven Roasted Spanish-Style Garlic Shrimp • Red Snapper in Banana Leaves.
