Description: These classes are intended to be an introduction to the cuisine for beginners or a continuation of lessons for those who attended Thai I & II.

In the first class learn about Thai ingredients, including where to buy highly aromatic curries, chilies and lemon grass.  In this new Thai class DOROTHY TAGUE will help you prepare most new items and the always popular Pad Thai: Hot and Sour Chicken Wings with Mango • Pork Satay • Coconut Shrimp in Red Curry Sauce • Chicken Pad Thai• Coconut Flan with Spicy Sautéed Bananas.  Thai Iced Coffee will be served. 

 

In the second class of the Thai series, DOROTHY TAGUE will help you prepare: •Thai Rice with a Lemongrass Ginger Dressing • Mango and Shrimp Appetizers in Crispy Baked Wonton Cups • Steamed Chicken Dumplings with Peanut Sauce• Sweet and Sour Pork • Spicy Green Curry with Beef, Mushrooms and Thai Eggplant.
