Description: We hope you didn’t miss the classes ROBIN SKIRBOLL taught last session.  But if you did, she is returning with this summer celebration in the California Wine Country.

 

Learn how to make: Caramelized Onions and Feta in Filo Cups • Grilled Zucchini and Grape Tomato Salad with Basil Infused Olive Oil Vinaigrette • Rosemary and Thyme Marinated Grilled Skirt Steak nestled on top of a bed of Fresh Corn Polenta • Roasted Strawberry Budini (creamy layers of whipped strawberry cream, strawberries, and crumbled amaretti cookies). 

 

ROBIN’S culinary adventures started in Pittsburgh, working in the commercial kitchens of her parents' vegetarian cafés in Pittsburgh.  She received her degree from the Culinary Institute of America, taught at cooking schools in San Francisco and in many clients’ kitchens.  After relocating to New England, ROBIN has resumed teaching in Northampton.
