TONY is the Craft Brand Manager for Vecenie Distributing Co., Western PA’s Premier Specialty Beer Wholesaler. He says, “The hottest trend is beer and cheese pairings.” That is World Class Beer, Small Batch Hoppy IPA’s, Rich Dopple Bocks, Fruity Wheat Beers paired with American and European Cheeses. Of course our choice for selecting cheese is “Dearheart” aka CAROL PASCUZZI, all around great gal (donating her fee to a worthy cause near and dear to her large heart, Autism). So “The Beer Man” and “Dearheart” will make this one of the most enjoyable classes this season!
