Description:  CHEF JOE CERTO will teach you a technique that will impress your friends, family and even you!  These recipes show the versatility of soufflés in all aspects of food preparation.  Take the fear out of making both savory and sweet soufflés.  In this class the group will be making: Goat Cheese and Walnut Soufflés on a Bed of Watercress and Frisée Salad • Crab and Brie Soufflés • Chocolate Grand Marnier Soufflé with Chocolate Sauce.
