Description: Since our butcher classes have been sell-outs, we thought
you might want to learn more about fish.
DAVID BAUER is the Seafood
Manager of the South Hills Market District and our “go-to guy” when we
need something special requested from our chef instructors. DAVE
is a Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts grad. RANDY
TOZZIE, Market District’s Food Marketing Manager, will prepare
fish and shellfish recipes as they discuss some of the different types of
fish; round, flat, freshwater and shellfish.
Come with plenty of questions and an appetite. You will sample: Baked Flounder Florentine
• Perch with Capers and Feta • Salmon en Papillote • Clams steamed in a
Garlic and White Wine Sauce • Mussels and Spaghetti. Each customer will receive a $15
gift certificate for Market District. |
