Description: When are dumplings not
dumplings? When they are gnocchi! SERGIO
MARAGNI will demonstrate the ease with which he makes gnocchi in this
interactive class. Whether using
potatoes or ricotta as the base, you’ll discover how light and delicious they
are especially when accompanied by a special sauce. Volunteers from the class will help make
gnocchi. Then the Potato Gnocchi will
be served with a Marinara Sauce and the Ricotta Gnocchi will be served with a
delicate Gorgonzola Sauce. |
