Description: In the knife skills class ED BARTUSH will get some knives in your hand. You will learn classic cuts like julienne, dice, and brunoise.  What makes a good knife?  Which knife do you use for each purpose?  Storage?  Care of cutlery?  Questions-just ask!  Boning of a chicken will be demonstrated and a whole roasted chicken will be carved.

Class participants receive a chop-chop board and a FREE knife ($55.00 value).
