Description: We’ve convinced SERGIO MARAGNI to demonstrate the ease with which he makes pasta in this interactive class.  Learn the techniques and methods he uses in making this delicacy.  One basic recipe can be used for ravioli, manicotti, lasagna or cut for spaghetti, fettuccine, angel hair and more.  He’ll show you how you can add some color and flavor to the pasta to make it special.  Some participants will help in the kneading, rolling and cutting of the pasta.  SERGIO will make some sauces to serve with the fresh pasta and add to your repertoire including: Bolognese, Marinara, Vodka and Pesto.
