	Description: It is so much fun to have two experts find the right combination of wine and cheese. DAVE DESIMONE will select a wine from a certain area, as Santa Barbara, CA and CAROL PASCUZZI a.k.a. “Dearheart”; will find a compatible cheese from the same area, in this case Santa Barbara, CA. We will taste six wines and cheeses. These cheeses are selected by CAROL at Pennsylvania Macaroni Company. DAVE and CAROL will explain why they selected the wines and cheeses for tonight’s class. Come join us, we’d love to see you! All wines will be available at the state store until the supplies run out! We even have the code numbers for ease of purchasing.
