Description: This multi-part series delves into a few of theAMerican regional differences through food. Our 2nd AMerican regional series focuses on Florida-Caribbean foods.  CHEF JEREMY REED demonstrates and serves up:  Slow Cooked Pork with Olives and Prunes • Jerk Chicken • Curried Vegetables • Palomia (thin steak) with Rice and Black Beans • Marinated Fish with Mango Salsa and Ancho Polenta • Cuba Libra.  Other regions examined are the Southwestern (last Thursday) and CA Cuisine (next Thursday).
