Description: This multi-part series delves into a few of the AMerican regional differences through food. We begin ourAMerican regional series with the Southwestern/Tex Mex foods, most influenced from Mexico.  CHEF JEREMY REED creates dishes typically found where spicy peppers of New Mexico rule.  Try Fiesta Chicken Salad • Sweet and Spicy Corn Chowder • Sopaipilla (fried quick bread) • Corn Tamales • Zesty Posole (stew with hominy) • Santa Cruz Chili con Carne.
