You don’t have to travel to the coast to have delicious fish.  In this class you’ll explore various techniques and recipes to prepare unforgettable dishes with the “fruits of the sea.”  RHONDA SCHULDT, owner of Passionate Food, helps you prepare a variety of fantastic, healthful meals: • Seared Tuna with a Soy-Mirin and Cold Asian Noodle Salad • Sautéed Grouper Sanibel Style • Roasted Planked Salmon • Grilled Halibut with Cilantro Pesto and Tomato Relish.
