ABOUT US
For those of you who don't know us, we are a cooking school and houseware store located in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, PA. We are well-known nationally and locally for our cooking school. We have two separate kitchens. Our DEMONSTRATION KITCHEN has a sixteen-foot mirror suspended over front counters and Viking stove top with 6 burners. Four additional burners are located behind a demonstration counter that is 20 feet long. There is a built-in Viking double oven. We can seat 40 students for demonstration-style classes or 24 for sit-down Dinners and Lunch and Learn classes. We offer private classes for meetings, showers etc. On the other hand,
our HANDS-ON
KITCHEN is a commercial kitchen. This Tuscan-style commercial
kitchen has refrigeration, freezers, two Viking gas ranges with grill
and griddle, 8 burners and two extra large ovens. It has a three-part
sink and NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) approved racks and tables. |
